160 Foot riding?!?

Every rider I know has a preference on rope length, “take one off”, “take 2 off”, “if your not all the way our your not a man….”  The other day we went out to Utah Lake for a cold session, after we had our session we decided to try something different.  Along the lines of “if your not out all the way your not a man…” we decided to put all we had out, we got a length of 160 feet.  Now the wake, or should I say wakes, aren’t all that big, or even pack much pop, but cutting out and board sliding is a blast, we were lucky enough to have some nice water and that helped.  If you get the chance to ride that far out, it’s good times!!!
Check out some of the pictures from that day.

Good job guy’s, but a little cold in the season for messing around. Time to look into a drysuit, those wetsuits are making me cold here at work!

Dewey when did you start riding that board?

This was the first session for me on that water stick. When I don’t bring the awesome, and can’t land stuff, I usually blame it on the board, so I thought I would give it a go. It’s one of many in my quiver.
